C13-15 Alkane: A sugar-based, ecologically green product that can provide a sustainable alternative to silicones 

Camellia Oil: Light weight dry oil that is absorbed into the hair without leaving behind a greasy residue. It is perfect for dry and/or coarse hair as it smooths down the hair cuticle and promotes shiny hair. Forms a protective barrier around hair, which prevents it from drying out. If you especially have ends that are prone to breaking off, camellia oil should be one of your BFFs.

Marula Oil: Can help nourish hair from root to tip, without making it overly greasy. Has hydrating, moisturizing, and occlusive (preventing water loss) properties, making it beneficial for dry, frizzy, or brittle hair.

Baobab Oil: Has collagen producing properties that allow your body to use amino acids to build hair proteins and strengthen the skin that holds your hair roots, thus preventing the hair from follicle damage.  Contains softening and regenerative properties that help hair reverse dryness and aid in moisture retention. It adds gloss and shines to your mane, and seals water inside the hair. Baobab oil contains 6 times more vitamin C than an orange. Vitamin C is known to promote hair elasticity and strengthen hair. It also helps with the absorption of iron. With all these nutrients sapping into your hair, Baobab oil will leave your hair looking radiant and lustrous.

Macadamia Oil: Great for calming the hair of frizz, tangles, and dullness. This lightweight, non-greasy nutty oil adds shine and vitality to your strands while coating your ends and keeping your scalp moisturized.

Abyssinian Oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, proteins and minerals which all promote healthier hair. It contains linoleic and linolenic acids, which are important omega fatty acids, responsible for hair growth. It improves hair's manageability, shine, and moisture, and, as a bonus, acts as a shield against irritants. Its fatty chain makes the oil resistant to heat, which means Abyssinian oil can be used as a pre-styling treatment to protect the hair against straightening, curling, and blow-drying. 

Broccoli Seed Oil: A very light & non greasy oil with 50% erucic acid (Omega-9),  that is easily absorbed, accelerating moisture to your hair. Because of the high content of erucic fatty acid in broccoli seed oil when used for hair care, it imitates the behavior and purpose of silicones in hair products leaving a light film around the hair strand that imparts the hair with shine and lustre and prevents hair frizz.

BTMS-50: Conditioning complete emulsifier that leaves hair feeling soft, easy to comb through, and all kinds of silky. It helps cut down on static, reduce the combing forces for wet and dry hair by almost half and reduces the friction between strands of hair.

Cetyl Alcohol: A fatty alcohol that when used  with BTMS-50 to increase the conditioning agent’s substantivity (it clings more to your hair) and imparts an emollient feel to our formulations.

How to use: 

Shake well to ensure natural ingredients are well blended. Pump a small amount onto your clean palm and disperse it across your hands before running it through your hair to help control fly-aways and reduce static. Add a little at a time to avoid overuse of product.  Serum self emulsifies, so blending it with a few drops of water before using or spreading it on wet hair works as a very lightweight leave in conditioner. Product may solidify a bit if stored in cool conditions. Hold under hot water for a minute to melt solids before using. Make sure to dry bottle completely before opening to avoid water contamination.
